We are an Adults only holiday gîte  and have accommodation for 2 people maximum. The minimum age for adults booking is 20 years of age.
We provide one large super king bed only within our luxurious gite.

We are offering accommodation for adults only, we do not have the facilities to accept children or babies. Any guests arriving with a child will unfortunately be turned away and their booking will be cancelled.

As we provide accommodation on a working farm we are unable to accept any clients animals. Any guests arriving with a pet will unfortunately be turned away and their booking will be cancelled.

We provide  functional outdoor summer kitchen with gas powered cooking facilities. We also provide a fridge and freezer in the summer kitchen to store food and drinks for meal preparations. We also provide at no extra costs a small dishwasher, secondary fridge and washing machine in the utility room within the gîte  itself.

The onsite swimming pool is provided for exclusive use by the gîte  guests. The pool is unheated but occupies a very sunny position and provides comfortable all day swimming activity as well as being situated close to its own private sun deck with sun loungers and comfortable sofa seating.

We have off road parking just outside the gîte complex on our property. This parking will accept medium to large size vehicles but does not accept off road camping or vehicles with trailers or caravans.

The gîte  complex has both internal and external Wi-Fi internet connections. Details of the internet access codes are shown within the welcome booklet inside the gîte .

In the colder months the gîte  has a period style petite Godin wood fired stove in the main accommodation area. Wood can be purchased locally for use within this stove although we will provide enough for a few nights stay included in the rental rates.

We also have two small wall mounted electrical heaters in the bathroom and utility room corridors that provides comfortable background heating as required. This can be used and paid for by using coin operated meters.

We provide all bedding and towels for the duration of your stay. If you book for longer than 7 nights we will provide change over bedding and towels on request from day 8 onwards.

The gîte  complex is located in a rural setting about 4kms from a local town. The facilities within the local town include 4 x supermarkets, petrol stations, a post office, many leading Banks, doctors and hospitals and even a library and cinema. Restaurants are plentiful and we are happy to offer recommendations on request.

In line with regional guidelines, we are providing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the gîte  complex. Additionally in the outdoor kitchen area there is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket for added protection where cooking takes place.

We are proud to offer high quality accommodation throughout the gîte  complex and we would like to ensure our guests respect the cleaning routines and guidelines discussed during the welcome meeting. Summer kitchen food preparation areas must be especially well respected and before departing the gîte  complex we would ask that all cooking items are cleaned and left in the same condition as they were presented to you on arrival. Cleaning aids including a hoover, brooms, wet mop, cleaning fluids and cloths are left in the indoor utility kitchen for guests to use during and prior to departure. Details of the required cleaning routines are included within the gîte  welcome pack.

We have the facility to charge small electric vehicles overnight. There is a small management daily charge to provide this service and more details will be provided in the gite complex guide manaual

We operate a strict no smoking policy internally in the gite complex at all times. Smoking is only permitted outside in the pool sun deck or outdoor kitchen areas. 

A 50% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your required dates. The outstanding balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel within the 4 weeks of your arrival date, a cancellation fee will be applicable and will equal the price of your 50% reservation deposit.

No show policy

Refunds are not given if you fail to show up on your arrival date.
A no-show fee of 100% of the total cost of your holiday will apply.

Daily check-in times are 15.00hr  to 20:00hr
Daily check-out is: up to 10:00hr

Special arrangements to vary check-in or check-out times can be made on request. Additional charges may apply if adjacent rental periods affected.

For anyone who needs wheelchair access we are not suitable I am afraid. All our accommodation is on a ground floor level but there are steps and uneven surfaces as we are based on an old farm site.
